this was early GPPCT, and Garry wanted to make stationary stationary counting which is just you can only send 1 zero, ever

however if he put *counting* he'd be GPPCT'd, so he rebranded it as stationary stationary *zeroing*, saying that it's not a counting channel, and that helped him actually keep it for a couple of days
